Neighbourhood Support Worker: Parkwood Gardens NG

Parkwood Gardens Neighbourhood Group (PGNG) is hiring a Neighbourhood Support Worker (NSW) to join and support community leaders and volunteers in their assets-based community development work in the west end of Guelph. The NSW plays a lead communications role to support the delivery of the vision, values, programs, events and services of the Neighbourhood Group. The NSW works directly with families and individuals of all backgrounds and life experiences. This is a full-time role, for up to 35 hours per week, sometimes including evenings or weekends as needed. There is some moderate physical work required. After three months of work, this position is eligible for the GNSC’s extended health benefits. (This job was posted Sept 18th, 2023)
