What: Parents and caregivers with children aged birth to six years can drop in for fun and play. Toys and activities for all ages are available and a Parent Educator is often available to answer any of your parenting questions. At Playtime children will experience an interactive hands-on program that includes free play, creative activities, and circle time with songs and stories. It is a place you and the children can meet new friends and ask questions of the staff. You will also find information about a variety of parenting topics such as child development, toilet training, sleep, nutrition and more.
When: Tuesdays 9:30am-11:30am
Where: Community Room – Ken Danby Public School (525 Grange Rd.)
Additional details: Playtime (formerly Parent-Child Place) is a free program of the Guelph Ontario Early Years Centre based out of the Guelph Community Health Centre. The Playtime program is funded by the Guelph Neighbourhood Support Coalition and the County of Wellington Childcare Services.
